5/16/13 We are all gonna make it, brah.

Morning run:
Getting back into running. New app called "Zombies, run!" Completed the first mission, ran about a mile and a half. I will write more about the app in the media category.

Breakfast:
3 eggs.
2 slices toast.
1 Musclemilk/Soy shake.

Lunch: Bagel w/ Cream Cheese

Dinner: Fell asleep, missed dinner.

Summary: Need to start getting into a routine with work so that I can hit the gym, and keep running. Today had a lot of extenuating circumstances to be accounted for.
