5/17/2013 Getting back in the weights game

Breakfast: clif bar

Lunch: 4 eggs, 3 pieces of bread

Snack: peanuts

Dinner: 2 slices of pizza and watermelon

3x5 bench @ 185
Pussed out of squatting and other workouts. Need to get headphones and definite plan and goals. Only thing I am doing okay at is food.

Today was better than yesterday andTomorrow will be better.
