Dinner: family barbecue, burger and hotdog. Dr pepper, sour cream and onion.
Snack: popcorn @ Star Trek showing.
Today I got more serious about volume in my weight training. Arms only though.
Hammer curls dirty 3x8 @ 65
Tricep extensions dirty 3x8 @ 180
Hammer curls clean 3x15 @ 30
Tricep extension clean 3x 12 @ 80
Incline curls, double ROM 3x10 @ 17.5
Tricep extensions, inverse angled to close grip superset. 3x20 (10 each).
Need to diversify my arms a little.
