3x5 ATG squats @ 185
3x8 calf raises @ 300
100 pike sit-ups.
3x8 ab rollouts.
Mile run w/ one sprint towards the end.
Good workout. Good day, just going to go up from here. Hopefully not too sore in the morning. Need to do this workout more often.
